COLOR: PU-1 (we have this one in the office that the pt can try and see if they like it)
No login is needed, there's a spot on the website where you can place the order.
Pt has option of doing clip on vs. making glasses that are purple in color - cost is similar but pt may want to do clip on instead since they may not want purple looking glasses to wear full time.
cost ranges from $200 to $300 - similar cost for the clip and the glasses.
